Class Code- QD27W
*Report cards will go home next week. Please return the signed envelope as soon as possible.
*I am in need of the following items: Kleenex, white cardstock, Wet Ones (or any other hand wipe other than baby wipes)
I aoplogize for asking for donations again. The items in the supply boxes at the beginning of the year were much smaller in quantity/size than what I am used to and what I based the numbers on.
*All absences and planned tardies need to be reported to the office secretary per the Family Handbook. It is the parent's responsibility to inform the office. Thank you!
*IXL is due every Monday, unless indicated otherwise. If your child doesn't do the homework or finishes it late, it does affect their math grade. Please make sure your child is completing weekly IXL assignments. It is a great way to practice what we are learning in class.
*Please make sure your child has all the appropriate outerwear for recess. Label items if you can. The playground gets very muddy and takes a long time to dry.
*Please reread the dress code for all students if you are unsure. Dress code pertains to all students K-8. Shorts and skorts can no longer be worn until May.
*Spelling words need to be studied and practiced each night. Students should be transferring what they learn in spelling (concepts/rules) to their daily writing.
We have spelling lessons during school, but it is important they are practicing spelling and writing the words at home.
*Library books should be returned every Monday
*Every Friday is Mass. Students need to be in Mass uniform.
*Students may dress down for their birthday on any day they choose (except on Fridays due to Mass).
*Please read the dress code from the handbook. All students need to follow the dress code. Sweaters and fleeces need to have the Star logo. If they are out of uniform (including socks) they will be sent to the office in the morning.
